Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

For customized NFC products, additional time may be required to design, program, and prepare your order before shipping.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Cairo & Giza: Usually 2–4 business days

• Other Governorates in Egypt: Usually 3–7 business days

While most orders arrive within the estimated time above, delivery may take up to 7 business days depending on your location, courier service, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipping updates from our delivery partner when available.

Customized Products

Customized NFC products require preparation and programming before shipment. This may slightly extend processing time, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
