After ordering, send us your logo, destination link and preferred colors. Our team prepares the design and programs your NFC product. English and Arabic designs are supported.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

For customized NFC products, additional time may be required to design, program, and prepare your order before shipping.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Cairo & Giza: Usually 2–4 business days

• Other Governorates in Egypt: Usually 3–7 business days

While most orders arrive within the estimated time above, delivery may take up to 7 business days depending on your location, courier service, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customized Products

Refund & Return Policy

At TapKeda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customized Products

Customized and personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes any NFC products that have been customized with:

• Your business logo

• Business name

• Custom colors or artwork

• Personalized information

• Custom programming or NFC setup

Since these products are made specifically for your business, they cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was sent.
